What if I have trouble accessing the FTP site?

How do I order imagery?
Imagery can be ordered through our Canadian Order Desk, you can reach the order desk using the phone number or email found on the contact us page. The best way, is to provide a shapefile (*.shp) of the area that you would like to order along with the satellite and resolution you require, and any specific date requests. Coordinate information or township files are other ways to indicate your selected area.

How much will my order cost?
After providing Iunctus with the area that you would like to order, you will receive a quote letting you know the cost of your imagery and the dates of the best imagery available. There is also a price list available for download.

How long will it take for my order to process?
That depends on the size of your order, the availability of imagery and whether the satellite needs to be tasked to acquire imagery. Average turnover for archived orthorectified imagery is two days.

How do I receive my data?
The data is distributed online via an FTP site as a Tiff accompanied by a Tiff World File. By request the data can be delivered on CD/DVD.
